Project Summary:	PEERS' mission is to provide students and parents exposure to the exciting profession of Engineering and provide development of engineering related skills preparing for fun, successful and rewarding careers Goals: 1. Promote interest in engineering and/or manufacturing technology among local students 2. Increase the number of students enrolled in engineering and manufacturing technology programs at Iowa colleges and universities 3. Expand the number of engineering graduates considered for hire by Pella Corporation and other Iowa employers 4. Provide leadership and development opportunities for Pella Corporation Engineering Team members
