Loess Hills ConFABS - April 15, 2009
IMSEP partnered with Loess Hills AEA in Council Bluffs for the third Conversation to Forge Alliances of Business and Schools (ConFABS) on the evening of April 15, 2009.
Educational innovators gathered to exchange ideas on partnering across the public-private spectrum throughout the Loess Hills region. Ideas and examples of successful partnerships were offered. An ensuing discussion covered potential projects, steps toward partnering, other successes, and some pitfalls to avoid.
IMSEP has created a database of contacts and programs, and a grant program to provide seed funds to fledgling partners.
