Noyce urges educators to adopt inquiry-based teaching of science, math

Robert Noyce's daughter Penny was practicing medicine in Boston in 1990 when her father passed away. When Noyce learned a foundation focusing on math and science education was going to be founded honoring her father's memory, she decided to devote her talents to the effort.
