Competitive Grants
The Iowa Mathematics and Science Education Institute, a component of IMSEP, expands the Partnership's reach and impact by supporting, expanding and adding to our inventoried outreach and professional development activities related to STEM education.
One time per year, IMSEP makes competitive grant awards to fund projects that support the three initiative goals:
- To improve mathematics and science performance of Iowa students.
- To prepare more high quality mathematics and science teachers for Iowa's schools.
- To promote statewide collaboration and cooperation.
